Zaradi povečanega obsega dela na področju digitalizacije in optimizacije poslovnih procesov vabimo medse novega sodelavca na delovnem mestu Višji specialist za vrednotenje produktov in obračuna proizvodnje (m/ž/d). Na tem delovnem mestu boste odgovorni za izvajanje transakcijskih delov procesa PCA (Product Cost Accounting) ter računovodenja zalog in nudenje podpore pri pripravi finančnih poročil PCA v skladu z Novartisovimi standardi, lokalnimi zakonskimi določili, MSRP, NFCM in SOX. Vloga zahteva sodelovanje z deležniki v podjetju za uspešno izvajanje procesov PCA na različnih lokacijah, prav tako pa vključuje izvajanje postopkov PCA skozi rabo tehnologije, prenovo poslovnih procesov ter uporabo metodologije za nenehen napredek v skladu z vizijo in strategijo FRA. V ekipi cenimo doprinos posameznika pri doseganju operativne odličnosti v odnosu do opredeljenih meril uspešnosti skladno z dogovorjenimi standardi.

Due to the increased scope of work in the field of digitzation and optimization of business processes, we are inviting a new colleague to the position Senior specialist for product evalsuation and production accounting (m/f/d). In this position, you will be responsible for implementing the transactional parts of the Product Cost Accounting (PCA) process and inventory accounting and providing support in the preparation of PCA financial reports in accordance with Novartis standards, local regulatory requirements, IFRS, NFCM and SOX. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders in the company to successfully implement PCA processes at various locationss, and also includes implementing PCA processes through the use of technology, business process redesign and the use of a methodology for continuous improvement in line with FRA's vision and strategy. In the team, we value the contribution of the individual in achieving operational excellence in relation to the defined performance criteria in accordance with the agreed standards.
About the Role
Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Izvajanje vrednotenja materialov in komuniciranje z lokalnimi in globalnimi oddelki, predvsem s proizvodnjo, oddelkom za matične podatke materialov, BPA oddelkom (poslovno planiranje in analize), oddelkom nabave in ostalimi.
- Izvajanje pregledov in analiz skozi in ob koncu meseca.
- Poenostavitev procesov v skladu s smernicami družbe.
- Podpora ostalim oddelkom glede računovodske obravnave, ki je povezana z vrednotenjem TPC-ja za nova lansiranja, posebnih poslovnih primerov in razvojnih dejavnosti, prerazporeditve glede odstopanj v proizvodnji, spremljanje WIP.
- Priprava računovodskih popravkov v skladu z zakonskimi zahtevami.
- Izvajanje kontrol za zagotovitev spoštovanja in skladnosti izvedenih procesov z Novartisovimi notranjimi politikami in postopki, vključno s priročniki za izračun oz. obračunavanje stroškov za izdelke, standardnimi operativnimi postopki, Novartisovim računovodskim priročnikom, z ravnmi pooblastil za upravljanje itd.

- Ostale naloge, določene z letnim pogovorom o ciljih in s kazalniki uspešnosti.
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Najmanj visokošolsko stopnjo izobrazbe s področja ekonomije. Zaželena smer računovodstvo in revizija.
- Aktivno znanje angleškega jezika (ustno in pisno). Znanje drugega tujega jezika je zaželeno.
- Najmanj 5 let delovnih izkušenj s področja računovodenja proizvodnje ali/in računovodstva zalog.
- Zaželeno je poznavanje SAPa.
- Fleksibilnost in prilagodljivost za delo v dinamičnem, hitro spreminjajočem se okolju.
- Zmožnost delovanja v globalnem okolju.
- Prednost pri izbiri bodo imeli kandidati iz farmacevtskega področja ali/ in proizvodnega okolja.
Z izbranim kandidatom bomo sklenili delovno razmerje za določen čas dveh let s poskusno dobo 6 mesecev.

Major accountabilities:
- Carrying out material evalsuation and communication with local and global departments, especially with production, material master data department, BPA department (business planning and analysis), purchasing department and others.
- Carrying out reviews and analyzes throughout and at the end of the month.
- Simplification of processes in accordance with company guidelines.
- Supporting other departments on accounting treatment related to TPC valuation for new launches, special business cases and development activities, reallocationss regarding production variances, WIP monitoring.
- Preparation of accounting corrections in accordance with legal requirements.
- Implementation of controls to ensure respect and compliance of implemented processes with Novartis internal policies and procedures, including calculation manuals or product costing, standard operating procedures, Novartis accounting manual, management authority levels, etc.
- Proactive, respectful, flexible, innovative/creativity, results and customer oriented.
- Other tasks determined by the annual discussion on goals and performance indicators.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in the field of economics. Accounting and auditing major preferred.
- Active knowledge of the English language (oral and written). Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of production accounting and/or inventory accounting.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to operate in a global environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates from the pharmaceutical field and/or production environment.
We offer temporary employment of 2 years, with 6 months of probation period.
